Our sports pavilion is available for hire for your party or gathering. It’s ideal for events of all sorts, providing a fully serviced bar, a kitchen and plenty of space, on 2 levels and outside. It can accommodate sit down meals, afternoon tea, buffets, drinks and parties with music and dancing.
All event hires must be sponsored by a full member of Dulwich Sports Club, who must be present at the event.
Our sports pavilion is available for hire for your party or gathering. It’s ideal for events of all sorts, providing a fully serviced bar, a kitchen and plenty of space, on 2 levels and outside. It can accommodate sit down meals, afternoon tea, buffets, drinks and parties with music and dancing.
At certain times your events can also include hire of sports facilities, including tennis or squash courts, supervised croquet or even cricket.
Our kitchen is ideal for catering small events, but can also be used by outside caterers, and we have plenty of room for ‘food trucks and vendors’ outside, which is a popular option. Crockery and cutlery is available for use on payment of a deposit – with deduction in case of breakages/loss.
You can bring your own wine or other drinks BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT and on payment of agreed corkage, although of course we encourage use of the bar.
Strictly no alcohol to be consumed on the premises unless bought at the bar, or by arrangement as above.
No adult birthday parties are allowed for under 25’s.
Please note that Dulwich Sports Club is a members’ club and the facilities, including the bar, are always available for use by members, so it is not possible to guarantee exclusive use of the space. However, there are times during the day and evenings when there are very few or no members present, and this varies throughout the sports’ seasons. Please discuss this in detail with our Club Manager when making your enquiry.
Note that we are a licensed premises, and the conditions of our license must be respected by all members and visitors to the club at all times.
Costs
The cost of hiring our venue depends on the numbers and nature of your event.
Members and Charities will receive discounted options.
Access
Our grounds and outside bar space are fully accessible,
but unfortunately access to our main pavilion and the bar itself
is via one flight of stairs.
