DSC Development Plans

On July 1st LB Southwark GRANTED planning permission for our exciting development plans, subject to expected conditions.

There’s plenty to do to finalise the planning determination – legal agreements and pre-commencement conditions, and then various reports before we can start play – but the journey has begun!

We hope that the Padel courts can be built in the first part of 2026 – we’ll keep you posted.
